Lunch time at work:
I miss cooking when I feel like it.
Not that I think I have time to since work is all day every day.
But even if I had the will to cook, I can’t because the dorm doesn’t have a kitchen we can use.
But today I will be teaching one of the other interns how to cook.
They apparently haven’t cooked before and is the only one living alone (the rest of us are at the dorm).
Is it strange that I have a lesson plan for this time already made up and am already thinking of how to plan the curriculum?
On the train homeward:
Not home though, since it seems we’re going for drinks with some other people.
I still need to do laundry and get ready for keiko tomorrow morning…
Oh well, I’ll deal with that tomorrow.
One thing I messed up was the dashi.
On the back of the bottle it says to mix with water 1:1 when using it as a dipping broth.
Guess who didn’t read the back?
