On the way home from keiko.
Started at 9 (meaning I have to leave home at 7:30) and ended at 5:30 (worth lunch in between and drinking afterwards until less than half an hour ago).
I’m going to sleep well tonight.

The last talk we had was regarding the area of effect of our martial system.
He was saying how or system, or any martial art really, had only an area of effect that surrounds the user.
It was up to the user to spray l spread that area of influence to become greater.

I quote Major Armstrong.
I think.
Anyway, self confidence helped me in numerous ways and I hope it serves to put other people at ease too, especially when I’m in the position at take care of them or am a figure they need to rely on.

But look at what I found at the restaurant

True, I think, for most people.

All in all, it was a good day and night.
I should probably do my laundry when I get home though.
Training in Japan in the summer causes a large amount of liquid to be ejected from your body for coming purposes.
ie. My uniform is soaked in sweat.
Additionally, I forgot to ask a guy l friend to toss my washed clothes in the laundry.
They might stink of water by the time I get back…
