Well, things are getting busy so I can’t complain.
Except they might be a little too busy.
Work is picking up and I’m not falling sleep at my desk anymore.
The robot competition stuff is starting to come together but as it does, work necessary starts increasing.
My time in Japan is getting short and I need to gather as much material on my martial art before I head back to Canada (and I need to prepare for a public performance this coming Monday at the Tokyo budokan).
I only have a few months left to learn violin under a teacher too.
With our project starting in January finally figured out we need to make a first draft of a proposal about what we’re going to do by October 15th and we’ve only had one email since we got through the “Yoroshikuonegaishimasu” phase.
On top of this, I need to find a place to live when I get back to Vancouver that’s not more than a half hour commute to class.
I should probably clean my room too…
Not enough waking hours in a day…

Continuing on with the “random stuff that’s within reach” series, my Leatherman.
It’s very useful for any number of things ranging from opening a can to stripping wires or carving wood.
It’s especially nice when you need to move around where you work and don’t want to carry a toolbox with you.
I generally carry it at all times in Canada but I believe there’s a law in Japan that prevents me from doing so.
The blade is apparently too long.
